Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy 

We’re proud of what we make, and we believe that once you try us you’ll fall in love with natural too. However, we recognize that not every product will work for every customer.

If it turns out that a product isn't suitable for you, we will happily refund your purchase or exchange it for a different product for you to try. It doesn’t matter if the product has been used (in fact we hope you’ve tried it). 

All we ask in return is your feedback on why you’re returning it. Your feedback is critical to us as we continue to create amazing natural products, so please be honest with us, we really appreciate it!

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then process the refund through your original payment method within a couple of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at soapgurlz@gmail.com and we would be happy to assist you.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately we can’t offer refunds on sale items. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
Once we have received the returned item we will go ahead and process the exchange. Once the item has been shipped we will send you an email to notify you.  

Shipping
Please send all returns to  9 – 2040 Rosealee lane, West Kelowna BC, V1Z4C5.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for return of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
